Fees & Pricing

It’s important to us that everyone in our community can access psychological support, while at the same time making sure we can afford to keep providing a high-quality, consistent service for the people we work with.

Fees are reviewed and updated at regular intervals and may change from time to time.

PRIVATE AND MEDICARE FEES

(In-Clinic, outdoor, or telehealth sessions)

Cost per session:

$195 for a 50-minute session (In-Clinic, Outdoors, or Telehealth).

First Session Payment:

Payment for the first session is required up front as a deposit.

Private Clients (No Referral Needed):

You may attend sessions and pay the full fee privately without a referral. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can attend.

Claiming Medicare Rebates:

To claim a Medicare rebate, you must first discuss your eligibility with your GP or psychiatrist.

  • Required Documentation: You must provide us with a referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP or psychiatrist before your first appointment.
  • Rebate Amounts (from 1 July 2026):
    • In-Clinic/Telehealth: $101.55
    • Outdoor: $127.50
  • Processing: With your permission, we can process your Medicare rebate for you, and Medicare will deposit the funds into your nominated bank account.

Private Health Insurance:

If you have private health insurance, please contact your insurer directly to confirm your coverage and their claims procedure. After you have paid the full session fee, we will email you an invoice, which you can then use to claim directly from your health fund.

Paying for your Session

When you book your first session, you will be asked to provide credit or debit card details that will be stored securely in our practice management system. Charges will only be made at the end of your appointment if you attend your scheduled session, or if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

To access services under NDIS funding, you must complete the following steps before your initial appointment:

  1. Submit the NDIS referral form.
  2. Fill out the intake forms.
  3. Sign a service agreement.

Session fees as per current NDIS guidelines.

​​**NDIS reports, supporting letters and documents and liaison via email or phone calls will be charged at the same rate, pro rata. This will be discussed and included in your NDIS Service Agreement prior to treatment commencing.  

Up to 22 hours of support is available if you have been approved to receive Victims Services Counselling from NSW Victims Services. 

To access services under Victims Services, you will need to provide us with your approval letter at least 1 week prior to your appointment. 

  • You are allowed up to two late cancellations or no-shows.
  • After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, you may no longer be eligible to access our services under Victims Services.
  • Our standard cancellation policy applies.

To access services under WorkCover/ CTP, you will need prior approval from your insurance provider and a referral from your GP. 

  • Fees as per current SIRA guidelines​​​.
  • You are allowed up to 2 late cancellation and no-show occasions.
  • After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, you may no longer be eligible to access our services under WorkCover.
  • Our standard cancellation policy applies

Communication beyond a brief letter confirming attendance to therapy will require payment. This includes phone calls, emails, supporting letters and other documents. A quote will be provided on request. Payment is required prior to documents being released or communication occurring

$195 per 50-minute session (plus GST).

An individual learning plan and supervision contract will be negotiated within your first session. 

If you are not able to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can to avoid incurring cancellation fees. 

Cancellation fees will apply for the following:

  • Cancelling on the day before your appointment: 50% of the session fee
  • Cancelling on the same day as your appointment: 100% of the session fee
  • Failing to attend without notice (‘no-show’): 100% of the session fee

Cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates or private health fund claims.
