We offer sessions across the following locations, with telehealth appointments available to clients regardless of their suburb. If you are new to Step Ahead Psychology, we encourage you to contact our friendly team who will assist you in booking your first appointment. Returning clients who have attended sessions with us previously are welcome to book online using the links provided below.

Telehealth Sessions Available

Wollongong | Burelli St

Our main clinic is located on Level 1, Regus Offices, 1 Burelli Street, Wollongong. There is free 2-hour on-street parking available and other carparks within a short walking distance. Parking may be limited so please allow time to park your car and walk to the office.

Wollongong | Botanic Gardens

The beautiful Botanic Gardens are central and easily accessible. The tranquil surroundings offer a unique and grounding setting for your session. Your walk can also incorporate the garden’s new wellness trail. This is an outdoor location. Meet us near the coffee van at the main entrance, where you can grab a coffee while you wait.

Wollongong | Flagstaff Hill

Right beside the beach in the heart of Wollongong, our Flagestaff Hill location has options to walk along the beach or the bike path. We can also grab a coffee and sit in the park or take in the view overlooking the lighthouse.This location has convenient car parking and nearby bus stops. This is an outdoor location. Meet us at the top car park near the lighthouse.

Berkeley | Illawarra Medical Services

We are located at Illawarra Medical Services, 2/2 Winnima Way, Berkeley NSW 2506. The bus stop is nearby and you can take either number 34 or 43, depending on which direction you are coming from. There is on-site disability parking and a public carpark across the road.

Kanahooka | Lakeside Reserve

Join us at beautiful Lakeside Reserve on Lakeside Dr, Kanahooka—a welcoming spot with easy off-street parking, playground equipment, covered and uncovered seating areas, lake views and peaceful walking tracks. Meet us near the covered tables between the car park and the lake. From here, we can enjoy a relaxed stroll, birdwatching or a fun search for sea creatures off the jetty.

We are now offering in clinic appointments at Pioneer Health Centre in Bellambi. Working in partnership with local GPs, this convenient location is close to public transport and is mobility friendly. Carpark access is also available.

Wollongong | Corrimal Surf Club

At our beautiful Corrimal beach location, we can wander the bike track through the bushland, kick off our shoes for a walk on the beach, or find a quiet place to sit and enjoy the view. The nearby coffee shop also serves a great coffee. This is an outdoor location. Meet us at the covered table area between the carpark and the beach.

You will be greeted by our friendly Medical centre reception staff, who will direct you to the waiting area. From this location, you can choose to have your session in clinic or walk with us along the lake.

Walk with us around the dam and admire the beautiful gumtrees, or sit and listen to the birds while you talk. This is an outdoor location. Meet us near the children’s playground.
