Who We Are: Step Ahead Psychology is a unique private practice with multiple offices across the Illawarra and Central West NSW. Our practice specialises in providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches in unique outdoor environments. We offer in-clinic, outdoor, and telehealth services, ensuring our clients receive personalised care in environments where they feel most comfortable.

If You Are
- A strong enthusiasm for using outdoor settings to conduct sessions, integrating nature-based therapeutic elements.

- Adept at working with diverse populations in a client-centred manner
- Capable of making independent decisions while valuing collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Registered with AHPRA.
- Medicare Provider number (or ability to obtain).
- Working with Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
- Willingness to work outdoors.
- Willingness to work across the lifespan.
- Outreach travel to neighbouring communities as part of your role
Desirable
- Victims Services accreditation (or willing to obtain)
- SIRA accredited (or willing to obtain)
