Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are designed to support the wellbeing of employees. We provide services for a broad range of industries and different sized organisations.

EAP counselling can help employees deal with any personal, family or work-related concerns that may be impacting their mental health, confidence, safety or ability to do their job. 

Workshops and psychoeducational seminars can help employees build skills such as time management, stress management, communication and conflict resolution skills. This can help prevent common workplace issues including burnout, presenteeism, and absenteeism, and nuture a positive workplace culture.

Critical Incident Response is to provide early intervention to reduce the risk of psychological injuries that can occur after experiencing an incident.
