We offer psychological therapy for individuals aged 8 and over.

We can help you improve your wellbeing in a way that feels right for you. Counselling is your space to talk about the things that are impacting your life or that you are finding hard to deal with and start taking steps towards what you want to change or improve.

Some of our psychologists also specialise in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Animal Assisted Therapy.
