Fees

It's important to us that everyone in our community can access psychological support whilst at the same time making sure we can afford to keep providing a quality and consistent service for the people we work with.

 

Fees are reviewed and updated 1st January each year and may change at this time.

IN-CLINIC OR TELEHEALTH SESSION
50 minutes

  • $165 Standard Fee
    ($170 as of 1 January 2024)

  • $130 Concession Fee*
    ($135 as of 1 January 2024)

  • $93.35 Medicare Rebate
    (as of 1 November 2023)

NDIS SESSIONS
50-60 minutes

$214.41 Standard Fee***

CANCELLATIONS
Not eligible for rebates

Day before appointment: 50% of session fee

Same day as appointment: 100% of session fee

Failing to attend without notice ('no-show'): 100% of session fee

PAYING FOR YOUR SESSION

When you book your first session, you will be asked to provide credit or debit card details that will be stored securely in our practice management system. Charges will only be made at the end of your appointment if you attend your scheduled session, or if a cancellation or no-show fee applies. 

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have private health insurance, please contact your insurance company for information about your coverage and their claims process. After paying the full amount, you will be emailed an invoice that you can use to claim from your health fund.

OUTDOOR STANDARD SESSION
50 minutes

REPORTS, LETTERS, LIAISON WITH OTHER SERVICES OR STAKEHOLDERS**

VICTIMS SERVICES

Up to 22 hours of support is available if you have been approved to receive Victims Services Counselling from NSW Victims Services. You are allowed up to 2 late cancellation and no-show fees. After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, you may no longer be eligible for Victims Services funding. Our standard cancellation policy applies.

MEDICARE REBATES

If you would like to claim Medicare rebates, you must speak to your GP or psychiatrist to discuss your eligibility. You will need to provide us with a referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist before your first session. With your permission, we can process Medicare rebates on your behalf, which Medicare will then deposit into your nominated account.

PRIVATE CLIENTS

You can attend sessions and pay the fees outlined above as a private client, without needing a referral.

*You may be eligible for a concession fee if you are a full-time tertiary student, or hold a Centrelink health care card.

**Communication beyond a brief letter confirming attendance to therapy, e.g. phone calls, emails, supporting letters and other documents.

 ***NDIS reports, supporting letters and documents and liaison via email or phone calls will be charged at the same rate, pro rata. This will be discussed and included in your NDIS Service Agreement prior to treatment commencing.
